Factory sealed, never opened. Item is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact. Exactly as it would be purchased from a retail store.
Item appears unused and in near-perfect condition. Packaging may have been opened or may show minor shelf wear, but the product itself has no signs of use or damage.
Brand new, excess inventory from a retailer or manufacturer. These items were never sold to a consumer. Packaging may vary slightly but the product is unused and in full working condition.
Packaging has been opened but the item is unused or barely used. May be a display model that was never powered on, or a return that was opened but not actually used. All original parts and accessories may or may not be included.
Removed from a retail store shelf or display. The item itself is unused, but packaging may show shelf wear such as price sticker residue, minor dents, or dust. Product inside is typically in new condition.
Returned by a previous customer. These items may or may not have been used. The reason for return varies â it could be a wrong size, changed mind, or minor defect. Items are inspected before relisting but may show signs of use.
Previously used item that has been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition. May have minor cosmetic imperfections such as light scratches or scuffs, but functions like new.
Item has been previously owned and used. Shows moderate signs of wear such as scratches, scuffs, or fading, but remains fully functional. May not include original packaging or all accessories.
Sold as-is with no guarantee of functionality. Item may have cosmetic damage, missing parts, or functional issues. Ideal for parts, repair projects, or buyers comfortable with risk. All sales of salvage items are final.

Can I return a product based on its condition?
Most items are eligible for returns within our standard return window unless marked as "Final Sale" or "Salvage." Salvage items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns.
Are overstock items the same as brand new?
Yes â overstock items are brand new and have never been used. The only difference is that they are excess inventory from a retailer or manufacturer, which is why we can offer them at a lower price.
What does "Shelf Pull" mean?
Shelf pulls are items removed from retail store shelves. The product itself is unused, but the packaging may show minor wear from being on display. Think of it as buying the last item from a store shelf.
How do you determine the condition of each product?
Every product is individually inspected by our team. We assess the packaging, product appearance, functionality, and completeness before assigning a condition rating.
