1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Midwest-Outlet website (the “Site”), operated by Abbott Enterprise LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Midwest-Outlet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products & Pricing
All prices listed on the Site are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.
Liquidation & Overstock Items: Many of our products are sourced from liquidation, overstock, and closeout channels. While the vast majority of items are brand new, some may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as damaged packaging, light scuffs, or missing accessories. Any known imperfections will be noted in the product listing.
5. Orders & Payment
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Klarna, Affirm, and Cash App Pay where available. Midwest-Outlet does not store your full card details on our servers. By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or in quantities that exceed reasonable personal use.
6. Shipping
- ●Standard shipping delivers within 3–7 business days after processing.
- ●Free shipping on all orders over $50.
- ●A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $50.
- ●We currently ship within the continental United States only.
7. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
⚠ Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review product listings carefully before purchasing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midwest-Outlet and Abbott Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Midwest-Outlet may offer promotional discount codes, sales, or special offers. The following terms apply to all promotions:

Legal & Shipping Restrictions
All products sold on Midwest-Outlet are intended for personal, non-commercial use. The following restrictions apply:
